Health and <\/span>how<\/span> we<\/span> intend<\/span> to<\/span> maintain<\/span> it!<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div>\n

We asked our in-house SKOPOS qualitative community, the SKOPOS EXPLORERS, what health means to them, what is relevant for a healthy lifestyle and what can be integrated into everyday life. For the majority of participants, a holistic health concept consists of a balanced diet, plenty of exercise and sport, and sufficient sleep. But it also includes the mental aspect in the form of a healthy mind. Healthier lifestyles focus primarily on nutrition and sports and are actively integrated into everyday life. Some participants cite specific triggers for this, such as an urgent illness or the fear of it.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n\n
