The Succeet market research expo is an annual highlight for us: a mixture of exciting interactions with potential customers, business partners and, last but not least, former colleagues.
This year, the expo was no longer held in Munich, but in the new, modern trade fair complex in Wiesbaden. This change brought a fresh air and new impulses to the event.
Delicious coffee, lively exchange and a cozy café atmosphere attracted visitors to our SKOPOS booth in Hall North. The warm atmosphere at our booth made everyone feel at home and they enjoyed the exchange to the fullest.
Man AND Machine: AI in Market Research
But not only at our booth, but also during our presentations we had a lot of opportunity for discussion. Olaf Hofmann, managing director and founder of the SKOPOS Group, dedicated himself to the topic of how we can make artificial intelligence (AI) work for us as researchers.
A room filled to capacity clearly showed us how this topic continues to engage the market research industry deeply. Given the abundance of tools and technologies available, the question inevitably arose as to which of them are really relevant for market research and how they will change our projects and work processes. And last but not least, the fundamental, ever-present question: will automation and AI technologies ultimately challenge our role as market researchers?
Spotlight on Gen Z: Digital natives as potential for market research
We are particularly proud of our contribution on the topic of “Gen Z and market research”, which was honored as part of the succeet Awards. We have intensively researched and investigated how Generation Z – the most digitally savvy and connected generation – is changing the market research landscape. Our team has developed innovative approaches to understand the needs and preferences of Gen Z and adapt market research strategies.
Unfortunately, we very narrowly missed out on the first place. Nevertheless, it was a lot of fun to be part of this new succeet format and to develop and present innovative research approaches in this context as well.
Participating in succeet 2023 in Wiesbaden was an inspiring experience. The abundance of innovative ideas, modern technologies and forward-looking approaches shows that the market research industry is more lively and dynamic than ever before.
