Interested companies can combine their customer satisfaction research conducted by SKOPOS with a certification by TÜV Rheinland. Companies awarded with the TÜV Rheinland "Certified Customer satisfaction" have a quality logo available, which documents the companies’ customer focus and can be used to communicate purposefully.

 

The mandatory certification criteria of TÜV Rheinland, such as reliability, competence and overall satisfaction are taken into account by SKOPOS for the development of the individual study design. TÜV Rheinland evaluates SKOPOS’ data of the certification criteria and awards a certificate for meeting specific criteria, which also depends on the quality of the results.The TÜV Rheinland certificate includes the authorization to carry the approval mark.

 

The mark can be awarded for both products and services or individual product and service features and forms a meaningful addition to the analysis of customer satisfaction conducted by SKOPOS.
